excellent for anyone who wants to know how the digestive process works. I found it most valuable in terms of how what goes on in our bowels has a potential effect on what happens in our brains. stunning stuff.

I will read it again, somewhere down the track, but not a must read. I have gained a better connection with other books. Possibly a good place to start for an alternative perspective on how to view life.
