Whether it's the end of a marriage, a romance or a friendship, break-ups are an unfortunate part of life. They can stir up horrible emotions and make you want to do crazy things. But when comedian Meshel Laurie faced the end of her 19-year marriage, Buddhist philosophy helped her turn her biggest challenge into an opportunity for personal growth and greater happiness.

I absolutely LOVED this book! Meshel has such a good way of explaining the Buddhist concepts in a real life way that isn’t corny. And she is so relatable. I found this book very comforting as well as it keeps me feeling positive about the future. I can’t recommend this book enough.

What they found, when combined with findings in Campbell's laboratory, opened their eyes to the dangers of a diet high in animal protein and the unparalleled health benefits of a whole foods, plant-based diet.

The study was interesting but I couldn’t handle the monotonous tone of the reader. I couldn’t bear to listen to him.
