This book resonated with me and got me thinking. The content and concepts are substantial. It’s quite academic so it was a little tough to get into at first, and the constant footnotes interrupted the flow for me. I probably absorbed about 20% but eve that was worth it and at some point I’d like to skim through the hard copy and highlight the key ideas for me (you can download the book for free from the author’s website). Looking forward to diving into The Yoga of Eating next.

A good book to listen to but missing the key ingredient on how to actually ensure you pick the right thing to focus on and stay focussed for the required period of time.

This shift in perspective immediately helped me make decisions I had been stuck on for so long and enabled me to feel a richness in my life that had been there all along and it keeps getting better.
