I’m only about a quarter of the way through the story writing this but I am loving the story line that unfolding. The narrators are doing a great job with distinguishing between the different characters. But I have to give the performance a lower star rating because I can not hear the males voice well. His narration is quite muffled and hard to hear. Turning it up load enough to hear him then results in her voice being too loud when it comes on, so I am constantly turning the volume up and down.

I read this when it first came out and I was so excited to hear it was coming out in audio. And the narrators do not disappoint. David does an amazing job changing between all the different characters throughout the story. And the emotion evident in Tierans voice when she’s reading really bought the feelings to life. An amazing production and I’m looking forward to listening to more in this series.

I loved the story, it was engaging and interesting. I wasn’t too fussed on the performance. For the most part the narrator does an amazing job, then her inflection or accents will be way off. Not so much that I couldn’t listen but enough that I noticed. That being said it hasn’t stopped me from buying book 2 to listen to.

What did you like most about The Professor Woos the Witch?

I loved the interaction between the Pandora and Cole. The starting out disliking each other regardless of their attraction and then moving forward into the like stage.

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love Pandora, her frustration with Cole and need to prove him wrong at the start had be giggling. Then her resilience and determination throughout the book were amazing.

Which character – as performed by B.J. Harrison – was your favourite?

I loved all the characters by BJ Harrison. He does an amazing job switching from one to another through out the book. His performance for all the books I've listened to by him have all been 5 stars.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I would have loved to listen to this book in one sitting but I also love the anticipation involved when you have to listen in small time slots. The excitement leading up to listening each day was so much fun.

Any additional comments?

Another wonderful book by Kristen Painter and another amazing performance by BJ Harrison. I can't wait to listen to more in this series.
