so interesting to learn how science and belief developed. Someone wrote the author repeats himself a lot but I think that's perfect. There's just so much to understand and with examples it slowly becomes clearer and clearer. Still, I'm about to read it all over again. I want this stuff to sink in deep into my subconscious.

....because it's marvellous to listen to a scientist explain about human interactions. Now I'm finally beginning to understand there's so much more than measurable hormones and blood chemistry. This was my first Bruce Lipton book. It won't be the last.

Admittedly I had to replay several sections several times, and will replay the lot again soon, but very impressed with the informative explanations

Totally love the insights you get from listening to other people's stories and relationship issues. Esther Perel has an amazing ability to guide people to dig deeper, to come up with the root cause of the problem. I can listen to her for hours on end
