I must have overlooked the section warning me this was biblically based. I tried to persevere and find some key learnings but was unable to.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The narrators voice was pleasant to listen to and nice and calm and relaxing. I would recommend this book to people who struggle to meditate or be 'in the moment' ... The great thing is that the mindfulness exercises are only 8-15min long, to be practised twice a day.... So for me (who usually falls asleep during long meditations) this worked well. It also gives you a chance to try all different sorts of meditation, moving, guided, laying, seated etc and find one style that works well for you.

I am new to meditation and these meditations are quite long 30+ minutes. I play them when I'm going to sleep and I find them very relaxing. I like her voice and English accent too. each chapter starts with a guided relaxation meditation then the chapters vary from chakra healing to psychic abilities (if you stay awake that long)
