Beautifully written story of old fashioned kindness against a backdrop of mistrust and deception. What a great listen. Loved every minute of it.

it literally took about 6 goes to get through chapter one. the narrator says every sentence with the same intonation. gets better but a little confusing with so many male characters popping up.
