It was really inspiring to hear so many stories of people having success running such a varied collection of businesses.
It was good to hear that your business doesn't need to have the potential to be the next billion dollar 'unicorn' startup.
So many of the businesses in this book are so simple, it helped me get over my fear of not being big enough, or not being the first.

Tony has a relaxed style which can take some getting used to, but the story he is telling is great to hear from the author himself. The audiobook has been modified to acknowledge that you're listening to an audiobook and it even has the audio extract from a video that was shared with staff when the Amazon purchase announced.

Staff members read their own little stories and perspectives throughout the book.
