Story
Streetwise George and his big, childlike friend Lennie are drifters, searching for work in the fields and valleys of California. They have nothing except the clothes on their back, and a hope that one day they’ll find a place of their own and live the American dream. But dreams come at a price. Gentle giant Lennie doesn’t know his own strength, and when they find work at a ranch he gets into trouble with the boss’s daughter-in-law. Trouble so bad that even his protector George may not be able to save him....

Amazingly voiced

If you could sum up Of Mice and Men in three words, what would they be?
Pulls on heartstrings
What other book might you compare Of Mice and Men to, and why?
Not sure to be honest, it is similar to 'holes' in the sense the boys are always digging deeper and working hard for things.
Have you listened to any of Clarke Peters’s other performances? How does this one compare?
No i have not.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes sadly however i have a busy life and didngt get to listen to it all in one sitting
Any additional comments?
The voices for characters were done amazingly and it really gave each person their own identity.
