After reading this, I will put it with my “resource” material. This is a step by step manual. I would read “Start With Why” & “Leaders Eat Last” first. Then use this manual when you are ready to take actions. Very detailed.

These SAS blokes aren’t elite.... They are ultra elite. I couldn’t even imagine going through what they did. WOW is all I can say.

Raw honesty. No one could be proud of that story, but what a mind and what strength to tell that story.

Great principles in this book. The narrator was real hard work though. Wouldn’t listen to another book narrated by Tim Wheeler.

It was amazing to hear this from his perspective before he was President. Unbelievable how many social issues are the same here in Australia.

This book really helps you look and examine who you are. It made me realise how poorly I dealt with "getting back up" again.

Everything seemed to be from a ministry, a life church, discussions about Jesus, quotes from gospels.... A few nuggets of gold in the book, but I couldn't get past all the religious angles....

Great book, insightful, some concepts not to be taken too literally though. A great perspective to ask yourself honest questions from.

This book has really broken the myths for me. Vulnerability is not my long suit, nor did I think I even “did” vulnerability. Your research seems solid and your words made sense Brene Brown. I will use this in my life now.
