Highly recommended!
This book is a great introduction to stoic philosophy. The approaches that Ryan Holiday presents in this book are wise, in that they are clever distillations of experience while also being practical and applicable.
Ryan Holiday also narrates his book very well, adding the authenticity to his statements that other narrators would have lacked.

Sam Harris has managed to discuss many ideas around consciousness and spirituality while retaining his rational and scientific approach. This was just the thought provoking book that I needed to fuel my own introspection.
