Such a joy to listen too. I didn't realise how much I missed Joe Ledger and esp his inside monologues. The Batman analogy was absolutely brilliant. Loved the new characters Dahlia esp. I squeeled when an old character turned up. I truly hope there will be more in this series. As for Ray Porter he just nails it every time. Next to R C Bray he is the best.

A fitting end for an amazing series. edge of the seat nailbiter. RC Bray absolutely nailed it once again. Truly enjoyed some of the twists. The epilogue was brilliantly cheesy but in a approbriate way for this series. I know there Oddyssey yet but a "where are they now" style book would be fantastic.

Hearing about how it all came to pass on the other side of the pond is brilliant. And Shelto's story especially.

that bbc tv show survivours from the late '70. that is what drew me to the book. it is better than the tv show not just because of rc bray's narration. i couldnt wait for the release of the next omnibus. if you like end of the world stuff and how society/humanity deals with surviving this book should be on your list.

long wait but so worth it
