The humanity in this book is amazing; the horror and trauma grabs you by the throat and doesnt let go. The performances are second to none! Apparently there is another "complete" version of this audiobook with additional chapters and many more actors voicing them. I will look for it next!

Simply Astounding. Visceral perfection.

The world of the Nightwise is brought to primal, beautiful life by Pinchot. I was more of this world and narrator combination immediately!

Great book, but was really, really disappointed by the narrator.

I adored all of the Guildhunter books--I have devoured them time and again, so much I virtually know them all by heart. But this narrator...is simply NOT the voice of Elena, and her attempts to embody Raphael or any of the other Cadre or vampires just falls painfully short, the narrator sounds...,well, she sounds arrogant and stuffy and way too pretentious to be suited to the gritty world that Elena is a part of. Sadly...if she is narrated the rest of the books, I won't be purchasing them. Very disappointed in that regard.

First Audio book I ever completed! It devoured me completely--the story is heart-wrenching and sexy, and the narrator--Robert Petkoff-- is absolute astounding! All of Kresley Cole's books, and anything narrated by Mr. Petkoff are now top of my MUST HAVE NOW!! List!
