The book was really good and valuable, but if felt like the topic could have been gone into in much more depth.

I was mistaken on branding. I knew the school of thought presented in this book, but disagreed with it as I saw product to be the driving force and basically what the brand is. However, about 2 hours in I let go of my sceptical attitude and listened carefully. this book has changed my mind and made everything much clearer. We'll produced too with good audio.

Amazing insights into my own versus the desired mindset. They call on your designer/creative BS so accurately. I recommend to anyone who wants their agency to be expert and top in the world

i couldn't finish it. I've listened to 8 books about sales, and this one, while in essence correct, many of the "scrips" or objection handling lines are just too generic, overused and costumers know it. Some of these technics could even lose you deals. the quality wasn't great and personally I found it hard to listen to the accent...
Overall, a good book for a beginner, but I think most of this material is covered in books that are 6 hours long and on top of that, are recent.

i was going to give this book 4 but...

the ending really summed everything up in a fantastic way to really be able to practically follow what Marc has done. the narration was fantastic and while the book wasn't as emotionally engaging as Shoe dog for example, it was definitely one of the good ones.

good, I finished it really quickly. valuable stuff and I could not agree more with what is in this book. just to give you an idea, right after listening to some of the advice in the first day I already got a 15% at a hair salon just because I was nice. I'm not even going to mention all the business advantages.
