One or two of the reviews here have noted that there's not much new in this Audiobook. But that's not it's aim. Habits for Happiness is all about what works (not necessarily what's shiny and new)! And I've no doubt that the strategies described in these 10 episodes WILL work if you choose to make them work. Achieving happiness requires nothing more than practising a few simple disciplines each and every day. In this series there are more than a few "disciplines" you can put to work for more happiness!
