There were a few good tips in here, but it came across as condescending. There was nothing truly groundbreaking in here.

The narrator did a great job of a good book, except the vocal fry drove me absolutely batty!

Narrator muffs it a bit.

There’s a few words in this that are obviously British that the narrator hasn’t checked the pronunciation of ... and is it just me, or does that include the author’s name?! 😂🤷🏼‍♀️ GREAT book though.

This book does come with the recipes as a PDF on the Audible site. Great book and well narrated.

This is so petty, but the guy reading it does something funny with his vowels, like he can't quite pick an accent. It's probably something regional I'm not familiar with, but it jars me out of the book every time I hear it.

This is totally LA self help cheesy, but if you can get over that and see past it, you'll find there are some really good goal-setting exercises in this audiobook.
