Finally à dark fantasy for adults!
If you love A Court of Thorns and Roses you will love this. Though I realised in many ways similar in tragectory of the main character. It's so nice to have my favourite author realise that it's primarily adults reading her books. A fun, modern murder mystery with all our favourite elements--Fae, wolves, angels etc. It's dark and gritty, the sex is hot, the blood and gore- even the fact that the main character isn't 18 is wonderful to me.
I also enjoyed that the characters only made irritating decisions within their character arc, none of the behaviours were frustrating as they were all within the perveiw of their personalities.
I'm definately excited to read the next one.
