I love the energy Zig has in his voice, a great story teller. Concepts of the sale is great and very happy to apply a lot of the techniques in real life where its all about being energetic, having happy attitude, integrity, trust. Some of the techniques are however not really applicable probably in real life or in current time.
Tom Ziglar is very annoying, not sure why he felt the need to interrupt, he definitely takes the rhythm and tempo out of sync. Nevertheless, great book to listening, Zig transfers the energy to listener.

Most important reason I liked this book is because its not about a great mastermind or an extra ordinary talent. Phil has written in a way that every normal business person or an entrepreneur can relate to it. Makes you feel "hey I can do this too, I don't have to be the extraordinary genius or have some rare talent to succeed, its all hard work and persistence" .Loved the story. Its simple yet awesome, nicely narrated by the reader and is great to listen.
