I have rarely been so satisfied with an ending. Mostly, even in bestsellers or blockbuster movies, the author forgets the satisfaction we feel when the ending makes us go....YES! When its about woman-power, it really gets us behind the characters.
What a lovely story. A romance yes, but a story of loyalty and honour not always being appreciated, but often abused. Loved the narrator as always looking for her books.

Way too dramatic, and repitive, hearing 1st and 2nd characters reviewing their feelings over and over. Dialogue was sparse and could have been a good story. Narrators did a great job with what they had.

An entertaining yarn - narrators wowed it.

The narrators were fantastic and there were so many characters, fun and kooky, all voiced clearly different. Made the audiobook so easy to listen to.
A negative for me was listening to so many explicit sex scenes, one scene lasted 2 chapters. Just a sexy get together, nearer to the end keeps my interest held. It got a little repetitive, is all. Lots of books have sex, but not many can keep the tension building, even in a rom-com.

Still great narration, even if story skipped and jumped at break-neck speed, although there was potential for a full story there. Why?
Nothing good to say about so short a story that nothing even mattered in it, except the narrator was great as usual. Holly you are spectacular.

Adorable. Laughed, laughed, laughed.

Beautiful narration. Wonderful story.

The only thing I found wanting was a little more friction between the romantic lead characters. Gabe and Kelly just met and...meh...a little twist but not enough antagonism that always creates that excitement in new love.

Nice Story, Well Narrated Despite No Male Lead

The male perspective was used by the author in this sweet story about a single mum. But Alice Wonder narrated the male and female perspectives. Along with all the characters in the story, and she did a great job with them all, we had to listen to her narrate both leads. It was disappointing and, in my opinion, spoiled the listening experience. Bad choice not to hire a male voice. The author should choose to leave out the male perspective, or have a male read it.

Laughed out loud.

Other parts made me teary.

Ok, the first sentence says it all. Sorry, but Tom talks to (his) Dick more than to Brynn. Tits, boobs, dicks talking, cocks throbbing, too much filthy silliness. Its not funny, its not sexy, its not romantic. Its a weak storyline and badly overacted. Narrators are trying too hard to be funny and failed; they didn't just let the story do it. Returning this one.

Not Erotic at all. Terrible narration.

A storyline was there, BDSM was there, orgasm was there, but it was not put together to enjoy. Narration was so stilted and emotionless, it was bazaar - not sexy at all.
I felt like I was in a Lecture Room, learning "Introduction to BDSM". I would have gone to sleep.

A didn't see the twist coming, I was distracted by the story itself. I gasped then cried. Really cried. There's just not enough goodness in people, but they surprise you sometimes. I was with Annika through the whole story, felt deeply everything she felt, and I wondered, maybe just maybe, I have been on the spectrum myself. I've managed 59 yrs so far but its been hard to fit in, and I never understood why people are so mean to me all the time. Animals are kind to even other species, they are my first loves and my husband understands that.
