I couldn't finish this book. It was so boring and really not much content about the nitty gritty of what happened with Edward. The narrator was very good though

Great book to listen too and easy to follow. Loved the humour and the no-nonsense but collaborative approach to work and life

It was a slow book and I really struggled around the 5-6th chapter, however the story start to get better not long after that and it's a great ending. Definitely finishes with a bang!!

The book was an easy going novel, which I enjoyed after a very heavy book before it. Typical rural romance novel but unfortunately highlights the silly assumption and expectation that some women have about marrying a farmer

Could not get past chapter 5. Nothing of any consequence had happened and it appears to have a very bland storyline. I also had the slow down the narrator as he was hard to follow

It was a fantastic book that made me laugh and cry. Brutally truthful and horrific atrocities that the main charaters endured to survive and gain their freedom and humanity back

This book was very interesting and insightful. With little knowledge of James Packers struggles it was a real eye opener to me.

I found the narrator very nasal, he spoke to fast and was very hard to listen to. Story line was good but it was so descriptive you lost interest.
