The first time I tried to listen to this audiobook I just wasn’t ready. I found my attention wandering and I was looking for distractions. Two months later I came back to it and it all resonated so much. I think Gabrielle is right, your ing will tell you when you are ready for this book and when you need it!

Busy paints her life in a very relatable, raw and honest way. I really enjoyed this book and Busy's animated reading of it.

Lena started to loose me when listed off all the boys she plutonically cuddled in collage, then she lost me completely at a very early chapter where she recited her food diary for an entire chapter. I am not entirely sure what has led her to believe that this is of interest or use to anyone other than her own medical professionals.

Unrepeatable, airy fairy, idealistic and little that you can take with you on your own journey.

So interesting and inspiring for taking ownership and improving any area of your life. I personally slow this down the pace as Russell is a fast talker and every single sentence is profound so my brain needs a bit longer to process it

To be honest, I was not expecting much after the 5 second rule. I found the 5 second rule to be a good concept but a little too fluffy for my tastes. This Audiobook however blew my mind! A clear Kick ass lesson about self-analysis, self-awareness and owning your shit! The interview style was cool and Mel showcased an innate ability to break down walls with a sledge hammer (or Buldozer). Her no bullshit tough love approach somehow came across as compassionate, insightful and really helpful. While not all stories were relevant to me, I found each story really interesting and I could easily find take outs to help with my own self development.
