Life changing book

One of the best books I have read in years. Kristin has a talent of intervening her personal story, the examples of scientific research and the words of spiritual wisdom (both Zen Buddhism and Christianity) into a single narrative. She does it in a very organic way, encouraging the audience to listen and to engage. Wonderful book! Love it.
