Cost $15. Saved me at least $5,000 in my divorce conciliation conference. That tactics are amazing and using them against someone untrained will deliver results. I used the exact number technique and offering something other than money to great effect. Didn’t get a chance to use the black swan technique though. But yes anyone who needs to negotiate needs this book. And that is a lot more people than what you think. I am not very aware that we negotiate a lot in our everyday lives without realising. 10 stars

This book is amazing. Such good insights into abuse in relationships and the mental trauma it causes. If you are in a bad relationship where the drama never ends get this book

Am extremely well researched book. Some excellent information. Great examples. As a victim of emotional abuse I could relate to so much of this book. I wish I had of listened to it years earlier when my relationship started getting toxic. However I have a new perspective on relationships and what constitutes a healthy relationship which will be beneficial. The book is $15, an hour with a relationship councillor is $200. If your relationship is getting toxic the $15 and the 10 hours to listen to it is a very wise investment

Well researched, good case studies and some good arguments. But nearly everything is pro China. I'm not saying the pro China stuff is bad but no proper analysis on any silicon valley breakthroughs. It is kind of Chinese Communist Party propaganda.
