This is in my opinion the pinnacle of investment books. Yes, it's old, however the chapter reviews were only written a few years ago and seek to apply Graham's principals to recent market climate and events. Just get it!

Don't Work For Money

Robert says don't work for money (except for the first third of your life where you need to accumulate wealth to be able to do anything he suggests). Robert makes some good points, not all of them practical for people who are not yet millionaires. Sure I want to quit my job and invest in real estate but to do that you need a pile of cash...and starting your business is like a 50/50 gamble. Take from this what you want, but don't quit your job just yet!

Had it's interesting moments, but Ed's voice is annoying. Worth a credit but I wouldn't pay for it. Though there would be a fair bit more detail in terms of our lack of privacy but it's all quite general and nothing you don't already know (which is they know everything about us).

I've been a fan of Flea since I was a teenager starting to learn the bass. I'm glad his story focuses more on his personal journey rather than that of just the Chili Peppers. Flea has had a wild ride of a life and it's amazing he's even still alive. His outlook on life is inspiring and he seems like a genuine and honest person. There's plenty about the music in this as well by the way, it's just not a band bio, if that's what you're thinking. Great listen!

The story goes pretty out there in places, but if you read King you already know that. I enjoyed the story and most of the characters but not the biggest fan of this narrator. Or maybe it's just the recording. Worth a credit for sure!

Great story, so much better than any of the films, there's no comparison. The voice acting is great too, really captivating. Get it!

Loved the anecdotal stories and there are a lot of laughs in this book. It's kind of distressing to hear how much shit doctors in the UK have to go through. Adam's narration is colourful but would have preferred a different narrator to be honest. Still worth it though.

Such a gripping tale of deceit and manipulation. Can't believe someone got away with this for a decade! Excellent narrator and the pace of the story won't allow you to put it down.

This was such a great story, the characters were developed really well and the narrator was unbelievably good. No sharp S's and the way he subtly changed the accents for each character was impressive. Highly recommended.
