Well here we are, at precipice. In the blue corner Humanity (aka THe HIve and Deliverance) to battle, in the red corner, the Cazadores for the metal islands. No prisoners, no quarter given, or expected. Bring on book five "Captives", cant wait.

Steve Hawking is, and always will be, a hard act to follow. One of Humanity's best. I just wish todays so-called political leaders come even come close to emulating him. My mother-in-law died from MND. A beautiful women and great mum. Truly missed. Both of them.

Its over. Fourteen novels. What do I do now? Well firstly grab a copy of "Fickisms". I admit I shed a few tears along the journey for the many fallen. RC Bray, thank you for bringing all these great characters to life, only you could have made it all worth while. So I ask "what do I do now?". Easy, start at book 1 again....

Tell me its true, that the rumour is true. Skippy is releasing an ablum of his twenty greatest showtunes what he did write, or tweak a bit. I what that album. I need that album, so I can play it the car when I run my teenage daughters to school. RCB, as usual, knocks it out of the park as he does with MM, Arisen, Expeditionary Force.

I use to think Rick Grimes was the saviour of the human race, I was wrong. His name was Gus. Finished the story on the bus into work. Jesus if I didnt have a tear in my eye when he found Scott. 59 years old and crying on the bus to work, what next? R C Bray you're a legend.

R C Bray at his best. Loved it. Even had a soft spot for the Norsemen and Tenner. Book 4 here I come hoping Scott and Gus paths cross again and they ""reunite" with the Captain and his marines "Uh yer!!!!".

The best, couldn't put it down.

The whole genre, Tier 1 SF, Zulus, plus Romeos and Foxtrots, says it all...

What does R.C. Bray bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

He's the only narrator I can listen too

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
