This book is a delight and a wonderful roller coaster of missed chances and fate. Fantastically performed by the two narrators and expertly crafted by Laura Jane Williams. Loved it!!

I adored this book, and the fact that it was read by that author I think was perfect and necessary. It’s a book that makes you think and makes you feel. I’d recommend it to anyone but especially those hit with the swings and roundabouts of romantic life. Gorgeous!

If you've listen to/ read Helen Russell's previous book a year of living danishly, then you'll understand her writing style and the way she incorporates elements of her life with Lego Man and little Red into the factual evidence and interviews with experts, which I found fantastic and a great way to follow along more on a learning journey rather than a book simply trying to teach you a new why of thinking. It feels like you're learning alongside Helen, which I found highly enjoyable.
I love the concepts and ideas discussed in Leap Year and feel that anyone looking to work on the big changes in their lives or simply their attitude towards change will thoroughly enjoy it and come away feeling like they've learnt something.
