The last few minutes in this book broke my heart, how this wonderful man never gives up on his friend is truly inspiring. I crossed checked all the facts throughout the book and could not fault the fact in this novel.
Bill Browder truly is the definition of courage - and as for Sergei Magnitsky my heart goes out to his loving family, who witnessed a man so strong and devoted to honesty, integrity and faith that he paid the ultimate price. May your fight for truth and justice never ever be forgotten. If ever you wanted to hear the other side of the story this book is it - Thank you Mr Browder you are an inspiration

How perfectly can you tell a story, well this narrator captures you from the beginning. So many characters effected by fate and told through the pen of one of the most remarkable characters that I have had the privilege to listen too and read.
A broken soul finding her meaning in life and her stories through a gift handed down in generations, is so beautiful.
Showing that guilt can cloud how you are meant to be perceived and how you perceive.
This is truly a beautiful story and well worth the listen.

This was my first JD Robb read and I have to say the story was good, but the street slang was trying to be gangster itself, and it just made the book boring and predictable, the narrator absolutely destroyed this book, I actually left is playing all night in the lounge to try and get to the end of the book, Honestly one of the worst I have ever endured.

The main female character was portrayed as a die hard cop and didn't leave much to the imagination of how butch she is and liked to grot it out with the best.
Really trashy and this was disappointing, her character in the book was strong enough and the narrator made her sound like a dumb muscle strong character and in the right hands this character could shine.
Overall this book was strongly let down by predictability and the narrator.

I was so disappointed when I read that Lee Child was handing over the reins, and to be honest Jack Reacher didn't have his usual hard take on everything, sometimes a bit predictable, but overall this was a fantastic change of hands. The need for small detail could have been less, but Reacher is overall being carried over in safe hands I believe.

I loved this book, the true horror of what these remarkable woman endured and to this day I still cannot comprehend the entire hatred of a specific religion. The rabbits changed the world in so many ways and so did Caroline, a woman in the days when we still didn't really have a voice, stood strong to support these wonderful heroines. It goes to show that a little bit of love and kindness can change the world, but your inner strength should never be underestimated.

originally I opted for this book to listen to while I was working, and wow what an unexpected education this has been. I have thoroughly enjoyed not only the narration but the information provided in this book. I now sit wondering how far this wonderful mind will take us in the medical future and would recommend this read to anybody that is in search of a few answers.

This little hidden gem is such a great read and listen, honestly the narrator made this book better in ear than in sight. The story makes you stop and think, lets you feel and experience what the other side goes through when accused, guilty or innocent. How his loyal wife with all her insecurities stands by her man and the sacrifice that is made as if by God himself. Nobody reading this book would doubt that divine intervention saved the widow and the unborn child so much heart ache. I will strongly recommend this book to any new listener as it will place the audio book hook securely

This book captured my heart and imagination, Sandra's life so hard, yet so perfect to show a human that no matter what life throws at you we are able to survive and live. We are not perfect and this wonderful woman just sees the person and doesn't view the failure, and this quality is phenomenal, The fact that she only remembers parts of her life is such a true trait of trauma and look at how she has been able to rise up and become a woman that in all her scars and faults, holds at heart the need to help others, not benevolence but a true need to be there for others. I done the brothel tour in Kalgoorlie, and this woman is a legend in that town and very well respected and loved. The narrator just kept is simple and true and I applaud her for this.
