I felt particular empathy with Edward's narrative because for all his skills and his involvement in what I shall call the beast, he has come out in Russia, at last, with Lindsay, to see what happiness should be, unencumbered by feelings of insecurity so implanted by the US since the end of WW 2 when the Cold War was spread worldwide.

I have enjoyed reading/listening to this book both visually (I bought a hard copy) and audibly. I'm not sure whether I'll ever be able to buy a Tesla but at my advanced age I would encourage anyone in their 20s to seriously invest in ev and leave ICE behind.

I didn't know what to expect when I began listening to this book. As it proceeded I found myself resolving many of my assumptions about Australia's history and also enjoying many chuckles too. Would be a good adjunct to High school Australian history studies, if they exist.
