this book is really enjoyable and easy to listen to. the light mix of anecdotal stories and scientific research keep it both relatable and logically sound. i will read it again before my baby arrive.
while most of the method will be more applicable when kids are 1 year, it's a good read for any ages

love the example and the story telling. however, because the book is about vision and vision only, it lacks the connection to the challenges that companies face on a day to day basis to reach such vision

I'm strong. I can be tough. I've been broken. I'm opinionated. I'm a people-pleaser. I'm spoilt. I'm needy. I contradict myself. I try to do good. I want to do good. I'm impassioned. I'm observant. Most importantly, I tell the truth. And this is my story.

interesting reflection, sometimes digressing

an easy to digest book by J.P. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and have started using his quirky rules as a weekly reminder for myself. many of his practices are sensible and useful for daily living, such as being humble in listening to others, while standing tall and being yourself.
his writing offers many unconventional thinking and wisdom, stemming from a combination of psych literature, philosophy, symbolism, religious text, and personal experience.
many ideas also challenged my thinking and beliefs, in a good way.
it's highly recommended, especially for those that need a bit of scaffolding, those that have been through a lot in life and want to find someone that could resonate with their seemingly strange/different views of lives, or those that seek to understand those above.
