This is a beautiful story written by a gifted author and delivered extremely well by a superb narrator. You can’t help but be moved by the story. Funny, confronting and deeply moving. I highly recommend this, it’s both interesting and uplifting.

The chosen reader has the best voice for this topic. I commend the choice. The Bundy story is gripping and scary and this reader made me come back for more over and over. There was no over the top dramatisation, or attempt at playing a character just steady interesting narration, I ripped through this one. Highly recommend but brace yourself it’s a deeply disturbing story.

I thought this story would be interesting and for the most part it was but the reader was terrible. The switching between the voices of the characters was so irritating. The reader attempted to speak a male voice, and old woman’s voice and the worst was the child’s voice which was piercing and I don’t k is any child who speaks like this. At one point I had to turn the volume down as the tone and pitch of the character voices was so irritating. I can’t recommend this story because I think most listeners would be irritated as was I by the disappointing delivery.

The narrator was extremely nerve irritating. Reading a book outloud requires a beautiful melodic voice not the harsh shrewness of this reader. And Holly's constant whining about her life wears very thin. She plays the victim well in this narrative and for someone who claims to always take the high road in life she wastes no time in bitching about everyone who ever crossed her. Buy this book if your interested in the behind scenes of the playboy mansion but forget about it if your want a balanced read.

Although the topic is interesting the reader's voice was irritating and childish. And the constant referrals to her period, tampons and bowel movements was annoying. Overall a disappointing listen.
