I liked it to begin with, as the author shared her stories and some key learnings she made on her journey. However by the half way point it felt like she was announcing deep and meaningful insights into minor events that made me want to finish the book to get it over and done with.

Absolutely loved listening to Rachel McAdams tell the wonderful story of Anne of green gables! I wish she'd narrate other books in the series.

Good crime storyline, I liked Cormacs character. Narrator was very good, but her Aussie accent was not very accurate- sounded more like a new Zealander, hence the 4 stars but otherwise her voices were very good!

An enjoyable and interesting book!

An interesting and enjoyable read about what Carly has had to put up with her whole life. It made me reflect on how people's (and My own ) reactions to those who are different can impact someone. It was a bit repetitive in some parts, although by the end I appreciated why it was all included and how the reactions and questions she has received don't ever stop. i really enjoyed listening to Carlys narration and feel it made her syory much more personable. Would recommend this book as it provides a detailed account on living with a disability.
