Since the very first nano second of watching "What The Bleep" my mind and heart lit up! This led me to Dr Joe and my tribe...I cherish the information in this and every other book he has written. Dr Joe Dispenza's explanation of the mind body connection is brilliant! If you're looking for proof and evidence that substantiates this field of work...then you're in luck! The profound and extraordinary results have been recorded repeatedly. I use his meditation method and have experienced significant change in my life. I am eternally grateful for him and his work. Love to you Dr Joe.

This book is about the discovery that the human brain has its own unique way of healing. For centuries we believed that the price we paid for our brain's complexity was that, compared to other organs, it was fixed and unregenerative - unable to recover from damage or illness. In his revolutionary new book, Norman Doidge turns this belief on its head.

The key to living a happier, healthier life is inside us. Our gut is almost as important to us as our brain or our heart, yet we know very little about how it works. In Gut, Giulia Enders shows that rather than the utilitarian and - let's be honest - somewhat embarrassing body part we imagine it to be, it is one of the most complex, important, and even miraculous parts of our anatomy.

This information is essential for everyone. It provides important information in a straight forward easy to understand and humorous manner. It's preposterous that this book is not part of the school curriculum. If it were its ability to prevent illness and strains on modern medical facilities would be invaluable.
