Hugh keep up the great work.
I suffer terrible anxiety from a workplace injury 5 years ago that has shattered what my life once was.
it's so difficult to do the most simple daily tasks at times, I find I'm leaving the dinner table to hide and have a cry without my 5yo or wife noticing.
This book I finnished in 2 sittings, just did not want to stop and bought me to tears more than once.
I really feel this is a movement that will change everything.
There is hope.
