It was interesting but I found the narrators voice very one toned which may have been the intend for the book. Most true crime novels I have read you get to know the criminal so it is a different way of hearing about true crimes. Struggled to finish but glad I did as I found the end more interesting.

Very well written and easy to listen to, lots of twists with brutality I haven’t heard before. Liked it, but wouldn’t say it was a top 10 but readers won’t be disappointed if you like these types of crime books!

I loved the story line to this book but found it very hard to follow as an audio. I had to start 2x to follow how the book was being read from different characters because it wasn’t clear. The book itself is well written but being an audio you really have to listen because it’s not a book that gets you hooked. I think it’s very rare to say but in this case I believe the movie would be better than the book

I didnt finish this book, found it dragged on and repeated. This might be interesting to some but it wasn’t the book for me.

If you like this genre then you’ll like this book. Interesting from start to finish as their crimes were so horrific. Gives you a good insight to both Fred and rose and court hearings and doesn’t drag like most of these type of books do. I even enjoyed the reflection at the end. These killers are definitely one of the worst I’ve heard

Was a little slow at first but it got better. Was so wrapped up in it by the end that has me now reflecting on it. Kevin Pierce makes it so easy to listen to!

I never seen this film or read a Stephen king novel considering i like his style of books. His mind is definitely very intricate that can leave you a little lost on how the story ended up this way, never knew the story of IT was this detailed. Was a bit much for my first SK novel and found I just wanted it to end!

Never heard this story before and I guess I wanted some sort of outcome or to know more about what happened after? Was very well written getting you to know the case and personalities of everyone, wasn't boring at all. There is definitely a lot more to this story and how the system failed once again. Worth a listen to and I will be checking in on this case to find out more!

This is the worse story I've read of child abuse, this is pure evil. A very good book however from beginning to end
