Excellent performance, decent story

The setting of Mortal Engines is very absorbing and interesting, and there is a lot of action to enjoy. The plot itself is a fairly standard YA action-adventure, but is well worth listening to, especially due to Barnaby Edwards excellent narration and voicework.
