I'm a Hypnotherapist who helps people with addictions, trauma and anxiety. I've used ego state therapy before but this gave me so many new approaches to this therapy. I highly recommend this for any therapist working with clients who have experienced trauma. It was invaluable.

A download quite a number of audiobooks and many of them lose my interest half way through..Not this one... it was so interesting. It really changed the way I look at sleep and had lots of info that I want to share with my clients

I only review books I really enjoy and this is definitely one. Well written, I felt like I was listening to a very interesting and insightful friend talking over lunch. I found this book very inspiring and will be using the message to help others.

This book is full of great ideas to help you manage your social anxiety. I like that the author narrates it to because it makes it more like a relaxed conversation with a friend rather than reading a book.
