Renowned neurologist David Perlmutter, MD, blows the lid off a topic that's been buried in medical literature for far too long: carbs are destroying your brain. And not just unhealthy carbs, but even healthy ones like whole grains can cause dementia, ADHD, anxiety, chronic headaches, depression, and much more.

There is a lot to process in this book so it will need reading/listening many times over. There is supposed to be accompanying information via pdf which I have never been able to find within the Audible software for any book. I understand that further information is available online.
It will help to have some understanding of human physiology but it isn't a requirement. You can slow down the read speed to help catch some of the more complex points and lists. It can be difficult to drive and process some of this information at the same time.
It's a great book, written in service to the world. A must read if you value your ability to form thought into old age.

Lots of useful stuff in this book and delivered humorously so it's very easy to listen to. The hard copy may be more useful as it has the graphs etc available right where you are, whereas with the audio book you need to go online when you have free time and find the information there and try to remember what it pertains to. I have started making small changes already - it will be a while before I can implement all steps but that's OK! Will listen again many times.

Such interesting examples used for the different laws of leadership. The book was set out in a very structured format, literally listing 21 laws, with a story on each law, one by one. I may have missed it but a summary listing towards the end would be handy, to write each law down for later reference.
I really enjoyed the book and it was very well narrated.
