he doesn't really have any worthwhile lessons on learning. He mostly talks about his accomplishments and the road there. The lessons themselves can be gotten elsewhere and faster.

A wealth of knowledge and experience.

I was told I might have Asperger's by someone that does. After reading it I don't think I would qualify for a diagnosis, but definitely have Asperger's traits. There's lots I related to and some things I couldn't relate to as much. I also watched Love On The Spectrum on Netflix which gave some amazing examples of real people with the condition which was a perfect compliment to this detailed clinical explanation.

Just Unreal

David Goggins is my spirit animal. I had heard his story about becoming a Navy SEAL and the San Diego One Day, but there is so much more than that and each one more crazy and inspirational than the last. I took a lot from this book and a lot of it resonated with me. Just wow.
