The resilience project is changing the way we have conversations on mental health. The individual stories in the book explore the way the resilience project has been affected by mental health and influenced it. The stories relate to the ‘average’ Australian often the people hardest to reach. The book resonated with me and will change the conversations and views I have about people with mental health!

Great insight into the possibilities of how artificial intelligence can change medicine. Even if half of the things Topol discusses come to fruition then doctors can become more empathetic. Which is discussed in the last chapter which is the best of the book.
