Story
After three years in prison, Shadow Moon is free to go home. But hours before his release, his beloved wife is killed in a freak accident. Numbly, he boards a plane where he meets an enigmatic stranger who seems to know Shadow and claims to be an ancient god - and king of America. Together they embark on a profoundly strange road trip across the USA, encountering a kaleidoscopic cast of characters along the way. But all around them a storm of unnatural proportions is gathering.

Just Couldn't

Would you try another book written by Neil Gaiman or narrated by the narrators?
Yes, I would. The narration was really good actually.
What was most disappointing about Neil Gaiman’s story?
Most of it actually, although I did like the part where the vagina ate the man (and not because it was good, just because it was the only point where I felt a little bit interested in what was happening).
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from American Gods?
Vagina Eating Scene; probably just because I would have been like "Hmmm are there other ways I could write this, without it sounding like a 15 year old boy had written a sex scene which he abruptly tried to change into horror?".
Any additional comments?
If you read Sci-Fi fantasy to escape, have fun and use your imagination; steer clear of this pork-chop.

Story
Tatooine - a harsh desert world where farmers toil in the heat of two suns while trying to protect themselves and their loved ones from the marauding Tusken Raiders. A backwater planet on the edge of civilized space. And an unlikely place to find a Jedi Master in hiding, or an orphaned infant boy on whose tiny shoulders rests the future of a galaxy.

What made the experience of listening to Kenobi: Star Wars Legends the most enjoyable?
Great story that felt true to Kenobi's character.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Ben Kenobi.
What about Jonathan Davis’s performance did you like?
Unbelievably good Ben Kenobi voice; but sadly, the females all sound like slutty transvestites which detracts from the Audiobook experience, even towards the end it was still bothering me.
