How to Fix a Broken Heart
- By: Dr. Guy Winch
- Narrated by: Guy Winch
- Length: 2 hrs and 46 mins
Real heartbreak is unmistakable. We think of nothing else. We feel nothing else. We care about nothing else. Yet while we wouldn't expect someone to return to daily activities immediately after suffering a broken limb, heartbroken people are expected to function normally in their lives, despite the emotional pain they feel. Now psychologist Guy Winch imagines how different things would be if we paid more attention to this unique emotion - if only we can understand how heartbreak works, we can begin to fix it.
Listened to this and commited to letting go of Ex.

very pragmatic and helpful
I decided to buy the audio book after watching Guy's TED talk and I must say that I'm not at all disappointed!! He brings great depth and understanding to the subject with a clear and relatable style.
The whole book is full of substance and at no point did I feel like it dragged on meaninglessly. it helped me get through my separation far better than I was prior to hearing this.
Thanks very much Guy
