I am so pleased that I came across this series. I have thoroughly enjoyed sharing Minalons journey and the characters are all great. Terry Mancour has a great mind to come up with all of story lines that he does. Having John Lee narrate is a master stroke. He is so easy to listen to and manages to take you right into the story. I shall look forward to book 11 with great anticipation. Thankfully it is only just over a month away.

Boring, glad that I did not have to pay for it.

I managed about an hour of this book and almiist fell asleep. I find myself not giving a damn what happens to the main character. No wonder Audile were giving it away for free. Could not be botheredd to finish it, which I have never done before.

I really struggled with this book and almost gave up on it numerous times. Apart from the young boy who lost his hand after picking up a land mine I could not like any of the characters. The story was okay, but very predictable The narrator made the book even worse. It was hard work listening to her.

Still enjoying the series

I enjoyed the book, it was the first one that I have listened to, all of the rest I have read. I had never pictured Jack Reacher as some kind of Dick Tracy to me he had always been the quiet polite type. Unfortunately Jeff Harding ruined it for me and I shall go back to reading the books instead.

I have never read / listened to such a pointless book. There was no story as such and only one character that one could actually like (and they were not in the book for that long).
I listened as well and the narrator has a tendency to send one to sleep. I persevered with the book right to the end thinking that it must get better, but it didn't and I wished that I hadn't wasted my time. I know it is sci-fi, but the story (term used loosely ) was so un- plausible. There were too many discrepancies in it. As for the main character, he was , well, boring. It may have been better if he had been killed off straight away. All in all a good listen if you are suffering from insomnia, but don't listen whilst you are driving, you will end up having an accident.
