Under the streets of London there's a world most people could never even dream of: a city of monsters and saints, murderers and angels, and pale girls in black velvet. Richard Mayhew is a young businessman who is about to find out more than he bargained for about this other London. A single act of kindness catapults him out of his safe and predictable life and into a world that is at once eerily familiar and yet utterly bizarre.

The book captured my attention and sucked me in that i have almoat believed that it's true!
The way of describing places and people is so detailed that you can easily see them in your mind. sometimes too detailed gets boring, but this is not the case. all the details are magical and helpful.
the only confusing thing was chapter numbers in the book and in audible... but this happens all the time. it's not the authors fault i guess.
i will recommend this book to friends, together with other Niel's books which i absolutely love. he is a great creator and a wonderful human.
thank you!
