I mostly enjoyed this book but there were elements that made me want to stop. The narration was on point and I think that’s why I kept listening. The overall story line was good but some parts I found confusing, as it seemed to jump around a bit. I really struggled with the American English (drug for dragged and others that I can’t remember but really annoyed me. I would finish off the series but I’m also not jumping up and down for the next book.

Absolutely enjoyed this book. There are some similarities to another certain book but overall they're completely different. Definitely would listen to it again.

Book three finished on a high. A fantastic HEA with a few trials and tribulations to get there. The story line was strong as were the characters. Narration was good but a little bit hard to listen to the Aussie accents that came across more Irish. Enjoyed regardless.

Very enjoyable book. The main character is very cutesy but with reason. Kitten was abandoned at birth and had never had a role model to show her the way. The 7/8 (I lost count!) Wolves that find her are your stereotypical Alphas. The narration is great and the storyline on point. Very easy to listen to. No sex but enough sexual scenarios to keep it interesting.

Always great to get a CM Stunich book.

I've read the books first and enjoyed them. I'm liking it even better now that it's on Audible. Hopefully the rest come out soon!

I have a new found love for these types of books. So different to what I normally listen to (trashy romance). So well written and really captures the Australian outback. Even better using real town names in the Riverina as you can nearly believe it's real. There's lots of stories all rolled into one, which suprisingly doesn't get confusing. You can not guess who's to blame and what will happen next. Great narration as well. Will reread after enough time to forget what happened!

The ending will surprise you.

I read this after reading The Dry and I'm impressed all over again. Completely different story to The Dry, The Lost Man is a mystery nearly to the end. Once again, Harper captures the essence of Australian rural life. Steve is a fantastic narrator. Very enjoyable book.

Another fantastic author/narrator duo. Harper portrays the Australian Landscape and way of life so eloquently!

Such a fantastic book for such a terrible subject. From start to finish, I was hooked. It was so very relatable, from living in drought, to a small town trying to survive. Like any typical murder mystery, it has its twists and turns and you'll never guess how the end will turn out. Steve does an amazing job of narrating and is very enjoyable to listen to. Highly recommend.
