I really enjoyed this book! Russell has such a unique ability to share deep, confronting truths with such incredible wit and lightness.

We all have our ways of escaping reality and avoiding discomfort and this book is a powerful tool to start examining yourself and how you're showing up in your life - whether it's on your own through journaling and meditation or working with a therapist or support group.

It was an easy read and I will definitely re listen to it.

I highly recommend this to anyone interested in being a better version of you! Whether you consider yourself as having addictions or not, this book will likely be an eye opener and great resource for your emotional intelligence, self-awareness, improvement of relationships and your overall wellbeing!

I really enjoyed this book - I read a lot of non-fiction and this was definitely one of my favourite reads of 2019!

It's an honest, intelligent, sincere, heart-felt and practical look at how we lose focus on what matters in our creative pursuits and how we can access inspiration and flow again.

I would especially recommend this to anyone who struggles with feelings of overwhelm, comparison or thinking there's too many people doing what you do and you don't want to contribute to the noise.

This book has given me the gentle nudge I needed to remember how it felt to create when I was a child and I had nothing to gain or prove! I just did it because I wanted to.

Service to the world is important but I think often the greatest way we sabotage our efforts is by creating for the wrong reasons and losing our personal connection to the fun, joy and magic of what we do along the way.

This book is a power-punch reminder that your best art happens when you're present in the process and doing it because YOU want to!

Big thanks to the author. Your work has inspires me to get to work on my craft.

Loved this book. It felt like deep therapy from someone you can really trust and narration was warm, conversational and easy to listen to. I love Mastin's work because his insights and suggestions feel genuine, heartfelt and practical. I know he is speaking from experiences he has journeyed through, integrated AND studied the theory of so he can deliver quality support to those who need to reclaim their power emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically.

At a time where so many self-help books over-promise and under-deliver with quick fixes and bypassing the need for emotional healing and shifting deeper rooted beliefs, this book is one that I really gained value from and will be recommending to my friends and clients.

If you have experienced any form of trauma, feel stuck in any way or generally want to grow into the most empowered version of YOU, this book is well worth reading and if you can devote the time to the journaling practices it will be worth your time too!

I found this book after seeing Kim Kiyosaki speak on London Real. Her approach to building wealth is inclusive and accessible which I really qppreciate as my knowledge of investing strategies before this was very little. I really enjoyed the way the book is set up as a story; it was very easy to read and had a conversational, light feeling.

I now feel more confident to study investment strategies more deeply and to take practical action with my own money too.

I'm really grateful to Kim for creating a book like this from a woman's perspective.

I will definitely go on to read more from her and Robert Kiyosaki too.

Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this book. Jen Sincero writes (and narrates) in such a conversational style that it felt like hearing important advice sprinkled with jokes and relatable stories from a friend.

The book isn't about wealth strategies but it goes deep into setting the foundations for you to upgrade what you believe, think and feel about money, and if you've got all of that lined up, finding the right strategy while be a whole lot easier!

I loved all the reminders that wealth creation starts with believing it's possible, putting yourself in an environment where wealth is embraced and encouraged and then ensuring your actions are aligned with your beliefs.

This book encourages bold thinking, stretching yourself way out of your comfort zone and thinking like you're going to win.

Jen shares techniques and simple ways to start shifting your money mindset, scaling your existing business if you have one and getting promotions + ways to shift negative thinking habits, making it a really practical read for anyone needing pointers on what to do next.

Loved it and highly recommend. I'll be reading Jen's other books next!

There is so much life enhancing wisdom in this book. It is potent, practical and simple. I am deeply grateful to Byron Katie for bringing 'The Work' and this book into being.

Narration by Byron Katie was lovely and I enjoyed the live segments demonstrating the enquiry process. Very powerful and a lot to learn through hearing the stories of others and how they were able to turn disempowering beliefs into lightness, joy and laughter.

I will re read and continue to pass this classic onto people in my community.

A must read for anyone seeking personal freedom, inner peace and consciousness!
