It was funny watching the hours decrease. 7 hours left... 5 hours left... how the hell is there 5 hours left? Two hours left... still two hours??? 10 minutes left (the interview at the end)... SATISFACTION... a great end to the story, plenty of time to slow down, drink enough to not be left hollow. So glad I started reading/listening this series.

At times it was a bit frustrating but in a good way... when everything kinda worked out (did it?), it was amazing. Loved listening. Recommend. Can't wait for the next.

I fell like the first was better this was still good and I finished it in one day but kinda boring... maybe that's not the righty word... there wasn't as much of cinder tho I liked scarlet and wolf but it took longer to get used to them and I wasn't feeling the emotions as much as I'm the first... but still really good exited about the third (thank goodness I got a credit today)

I really enjoyed the book... I kinda guessed what was going to happen but it was still enjoyable watching how it unfolded. For a while I had avoided it but then I was like 'suck it up and read/listen to it!' And I did and am happy that I did.

Amazing!!! I listened to it in less than four days! Every bit of my spare time! I even skipped school for a day (saying I was sick). I now fell empty and hollow without the sound in my ear. My favourite part was finding out why tempi reacted as he did when asked to sing (he was also my favourite character, besides kvothe) I fell sad at how he has become but he will return. So interesting I would listen to it planning to sleep by 1, then found the clock saying it was 5. I would then spend the next half hour trying to fall asleep, but I would think of the story and anticipate what would happen next (I never guessed correctly) I felt like yelling at one point when things just weren't going my way, but everything worked out. Honestly I loved, I though it would be one of the books I get and then start then ignore as time drags on (because of the length) but no moment was slow or boring for me. I think I'm in love.

Story
War has begun. Arin is in the thick of it, with the East as his ally and the empire as his enemy. He's finally managed to dismiss the memory of Kestrel, even if he can't quite forget her. Kestrel turned into someone he could no longer recognize: someone who cared more for the empire than for the lives of innocent people - and certainly more than she cared for him. At least that's what he thinks.

Wonderful story, so enjoyable I listened to it in 1 day. I love Arin and Kestrel. I really liked the prince he was so funny and not annoying like some "funny" people in other books. But one thing! It's cacAYEdas not cacAHdas!!! But amazing book author must be very proud. Nice end to the trilogy, nothing untied.
