I have had the physical book since 2011 and have read it several times by now, there is always more depth to be uncovered in what Anita experienced. I would highly recommend for anyone to read this book regardless if they or a loved one is struggling or not. In fact I would say read this book and make some changes before it gets to the point of illness. One of my most valued books of all time now with the added bonus of Anita reading it!

Dr Wayne Dyer is a man that definitely fulfilled his dharma and he continues to do so with all the books, lectures and recordings that he has gifted us with. The combination of his wisdom and humour makes these recordings even more enjoyable.

I felt myself relax and lean back whilst reading this book. It found Anita's definitions of life and death very soothing and comforting, knowing that all that we were ever meant to do was being ourselves allowed me to breath deeper and let go of all the expectations that I have placed on my own life. I also like Anita's unpretentious way of bringing her message across and definitely recommend taking the time to read this book.

One of these books that you can listen to on a walk and do so many times over. Insightful and definitely worthwhile the time and investment.

Gabrielle's teaching is heavily derived from A Course In Miracles and the Teachings of Abraham. If you are familiar with the former then not much in this book is new material as such. Nevertheless, I found the book to be a good collection of spiritual practices and I took away some good insights and reminders.

This book is a must, have listened to it twice and I ordered the actual book as well, I have the need to highlight, tag and review. Highly recommend. I love Michael's easy and straight forward way to get to the core behind the thinking of any perceived problem.
