I'd had enough after an hour, as it had already become repetitive by this stage. I was hoping it was going to be far more interesting.

The story sounds like it was written by a high school student who’s in love with her teacher.

The story and characters are set in France but details are poorly researched, for example, the French use the metric system of measurement but the characters talk in pounds rather than kilograms.

Self improvement cliches are highlighted throughout the book. It’s hard to know what this book is trying to be.

I couldn’t finish it.

Thee quarters in it became a list of who to call mingled with righteousness. Didn’t bother finishing it.

An honest tale of a woman, her demons and all the reasons why. Easily identifiable.

Great Story, but I expected more.

Started to become a roll call of people, rather than about the amazing achievement of these people.

From a young girl who's maturity surpassed her age who survived a horrendous attack, to a woman who would not be silenced. A riveting story. A must.

Firstly, I don't live in the US, but have always been impressed by Michelle Obama. This book gives a first hand account of the woman behind the man, the toll it took on her and her family, and what it's like living in the white house. She implemented and committed to changes in the white house, and made it more 'human'. As biography junkie, this one would have to be my favourite. Enjoy.

Jung is overrated, his story is banal and arrogant. Having said that, it's beautifully narrated. I gave it 3 hours and called it quits.

A few too many vulgar references for me. The story was one angle and not intertwined with the other. Narration was a pleasure to listen too.
