Feeling the effects of this meditation
I have tried a lot of meditations, which all have their purpose, but I love Joes because I feel that it changed me in 2 days after practicing this 55min one, which doesn’t feel long at all. If focused properly- the meditation gets to the operation system in our body and mind and transformation can take place.
I really and truly are grateful to find such amazing material that can change you into a creative being.
I highly recommend this meditation for anyone who is tired of seeing no change in their life and wants to transform from within.
