Dr Micheal Greger provides some interesting information through this book, if you're interested in the science of nutrition over the commonly presented anecdotal evidence then this is worth a listen. I did find Dr Greger's exuberant narration hard to follow at times but his passion for the subject is clearly expressed throughout the book.

Stephen Fry does a fantastic job at the narration and piecing together the stories of these heroes into a coherent timeline. I would recommend listening to Mythos first to get a grounding in the Greek Gods first (but thats not what I did).

The art of love is never a science.: Meet Don Tillman, a brilliant yet socially inept professor of genetics, who’s decided it’s time he found a wife. In the orderly, evidence-based manner with which Don approaches all things, he designs The Wife Project to find his perfect partner: a 16-page, scientifically valid survey to filter out the drinkers, the smokers, the late arrivers. Yet, Rosie Jarman possesses all these qualities and. Don easily disqualifies her as a suitable candidate (even if she is "quite intelligent for a barmaid").

Here is Trump in action—how he runs his organization and how he runs his life—as he meets the people he needs to meet, chats with family and friends, clashes with enemies, and challenges conventional thinking. But even a maverick plays by rules, and Trump has formulated time-tested guidelines for success. He isolates the common elements in his greatest accomplishments; he shatters myths; he names names, spells out the zeros, and fully reveals the deal-maker's art. And throughout, Trump talks—really talks—about how he does it.
